CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data" of May 18, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the Law), I voluntarily and in my own interests confirm that using the dreadfish.am website and its services constitutes my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data." I hereby consent to the processing of the following personal data:
- First name, last name, patronymic;
- Email address;
- Mobile phone number;
- Links to social media accounts.
I confirm that the Personal Data Operator has the right to use my data for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy and other documents governing the processing of personal data, as well as for the performance of civil and other contracts, analyzing customer behavior, and improving the quality of services. I also confirm that I have read the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data" of May 18, 2015, available at dreadfish.am, and that I understand the rights and obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
This consent is valid until revoked by sending a corresponding notice to diveinsmm@gmail.com.
If I revoke my consent to the processing of my personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent, provided that the grounds specified in the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data" of May 18, 2015, exist.
